Frequently Asked Questions
What are the system requirements for Current?
Current is fully compatible with macOS 10.9 and higher, including native Apple silicon, as well as Windows 10 and higher. The plugin can be used in any major DAW that supports 64-bit AAX, AU, VST2, and/or VST3 formats.
Is an internet connection required for use?
An internet connection is required for activation, but not for general use. The only thing you cannot do without an internet connection is download new content.
How do I cancel my All Access plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time from your user account page. There are no commitments or cancellation fees.
How long does it take to own Current via All Access?
You may mix your store credit to purchase Current perpetually at any point. If using only store credit, it will take 14 months while on the monthly plan.
Will I lose my tracks if I cancel my All Access plan?
No, you will always be able to play back your sounds from Current or any plugin accessed through All Access. Canceling your plan will only prevent you from using new instances of the plugin or making changes to existing settings. You can also purchase any plugins perpetually when you'd like to cancel.
Are the sounds royalty-free?
Yes, the included samples and sounds are royalty-free for your productions. However, please note that creating sample libraries or virtual instruments using Current's included content is not allowed.
Are the samples and wavetables available outside of Current?
No, all the downloadable content in Current can only be used within the plugin. If you would like to use our samples elsewhere, you can purchase them through our website.
What are the trial limitations?
During the trial period, you have full access to everything available inside of Current. The only limitation is that offline rendering is disabled and you may not use download all on expansions.
